Martina’s original specialization was Czech and German, translating and language teaching. She writes screenplays for amateur theater and everyday poetry, she paints and improvises. That is why she likes to use elements of improvisation and creative art therapy in her courses. She believes that real-life experience is the best teacher. And that the best way to awaken someone’s potential to be the best version of themselves, is trust, full attention and enough space to let it manifest in its full strength.

In EKS Martina focuses on teaching courses for career counsellors and on soft skills courses . Love for stories and writing led her to copywriting. She helped to shape the brand, came up with names and slogans, wrote texts for video stories and for the website. Because of her lifelong need to create and uncover the deeper layers of herself she eventually found art therapy. She leads group courses focused on creativity development and getting to know the deeper parts of yourself. She was also greatly influenced by the school of improvisation and by the coaching training at the College of Applied Psychology.
